General questions:
How should Mud Gloves fit?
- Our gloves should fit "snug" but not tight. Your fingers should comfortably go to the end without 'pushing' the finger tips.
- They shouldn't constrict or bind.
What's the best way to wash and care for them?
- The Original, Simply Mud, Cool Mud, and Mud Puddles are machine washable but we recommend
that you first wash the gloves off under a faucet or with a garden hose while leaving the gloves on your
hands. It’s okay to use detergent or soap if needed. You can machine wash with detergent for a more
thorough cleaning. We recommend that you let your gloves air dry. However, you may also dry your
gloves in dryer at a low to medium setting for about 20 minutes. Your gloves will dry much quicker in the
direct sun.
- With the more sensitive leather of Gauntlet and Natural, we recommend you wipe clean the glove using
a damp cloth and hand or leather soap. Wipe soap off with a clean, damp cloth and allow gloves to dry
flat, away from direct heat. When dry, put gloves on and flex a few times to re-soften them. Warning:
thorough washing of leather gloves will stiffen the leather.
